Harminder’ s main priority is to provide a professional high quality service to Vendors/Buyers and Landlords.
He takes great pleasure in contributing to the success of Investment Landlords and simplifying the process for first time buyers. He is committed to going the extra mile and is proud of the enviable relationship he has built up with local businesses who frequently consult him for advice and information on property affairs.
Raj has over ten years’ experience in the property business and having started as a Letting Negotiator he is well placed in his current role of overseeing the day-to-day running of the business with emphasis on maintaining good client relationships.
Raj is very proud that a high proportion of new business continues to be referred by clients that are happy to recommend Langhams.
Irene Joined Langhams in 2016 and has over 25 years’ experience in property Management with 6 years based in the Berkshire area.
She is committed to providing a first-class service to all Clients and enjoys the challenge of providing a solution to the often-diverse situation’s that can arise when dealing with Landlords and Tenants requirements.
Tony joined Langhams in 2014 and is inspired by the continued challenge of securing professional tenants to match the Landlords specific requirements.
He enjoys meeting new people and the contribution that he makes by helping assisting Tenants in what is often their first home.
Gagan joined Langhams in 2015 and with his in-depth local knowledge enjoys the contribution he makes to guiding Landlords and Tenants through the Letting process.
He also deals with the many maintenance issues that come with providing Landlords with a fully managed service.
Gagan takes great pride in knowing that Landlords can rest assured that with his trustworthy tradesmen all issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Harmeet joined Langhams in 2015 and assures that the financial side of the business runs smoothly and most importunately makes sure that all clients and contractors are paid out in a timely manner.
Apart from dealing with the daily rent payments Harmeet provides Landlords with all the financial support and records that they need.
